Sugar Spring's
Customer Testimonials

We want to thank all of our customers who have given wonderful homes to puppies from Sugar Spring Puppies! A special thanks to those who have contributed below!

Rachel, Grayson is now called Toshi, one of my daughter's favorite anime characters. He is such a smart dog! Even my dog sitter thinks he's the smartest puppy she's taken care of. Even though he is just 4 months old, he sits, lays down, and stays on command. He was potty trained as soon as we got him. He goes to his crate at night with no fuss. And everyone that sees him just goes on and on about how good looking he is. I've never had a better dog!

I can't say enough good things about the adoption process. You guys made it so easy. Thanks again for letting us adopt such a wonderful little guy!

Pepper (Carrie) is doing so well! She has already learned how to sit, lay down, and roll over. She wasn't sure she liked walks at first, but she is warming up to them now. She used to walk a little and then sit on the street and look at me like "why are we walking AWAY from our house?" Lol.  Her favorite things to do are play tug and lay on the couch haha.

She's so cute.  I couldn't have asked for a better addition to the family.

Thank you!

Hi Rachel!
Just wanted to give you an update on our puppy! (:
Jax (Cody) is doing so well, he loves to cuddle and already knows how to sit! He loves to play and chase his tail and his favorite toys are his tennis ball and stuffed lion. He is so smart and catches on to things very quickly! He is our pride and joy and I again cannot thank you guys enough for allowing us to have such a wonderful addition to our family!

Thank you!

Hi Rachel,

Everything has been great! Sophie (Nina) is a spoiled little princess with many people at her service! She loves the outdoors so we bought a dog door to go in our sliding door and screened in the porch so she can move in and out as she pleases. We're also looking for a fence for the back yard so she will have that added space soon.

She loves to chew and has a million toys. Her and my parents dog love to play and she has no fear. Potty training is going well only a rare accident now. She learn that she can sit at the gate and whine when she needs/wants to go out.

We are doing well and love our little Shiba Inu!

Hi Andrew and Rachel!

Zip (now Toshi) is doing great! The vet said he was in perfect health. He has brought so much happiness into our lives and we're so grateful for that. Check out some pics!

Hello Rachel,

Nala (formerly Cassie) truly is the joy of our life.  She is the sweetest, most loving dog.  And everyone thinks she is the cutest dog ever!!!

Thanks again Rachel for such a wonderful dog! We love her so much!

Nala ~ 1 year old!

We just brought Kana (formerly Glory)  home a few days ago to join her year and a half old brother, Toshi. Both of them share the same parents, Little Bear and Ginger. What a coincidence! They've already become best friends! I couldn't have asked for better dogs. Thank you so much!

Hi Rachel
Thought I would send you a couple pics of Jax (formerly Night, adopted Feb. 2018). He's a pretty little guy and very rotten! He is doing great, so glad we got him!! Thank you

Hey Rachel,

Just wanted to give you an update on how Shooter (now Koji) is doing. He seems to be adjusting quickly to his new home here in Florida and is doing great! I was a bit concerned that he wasn't eating and as a result not pooping, but I guess it was just the nerves of travelling that first day.

He is so adorable and above that he is extremely smart. I feel like he is already potty trained and always let's me know when he needs to go out. I'm sure there will be some accidents down the road but for now everything seems to be going good. I plan to take him to the vet in the next couple of days but he seems healthy and well cared for.

I'm working on training him to recognize his name when called and also the "come" and "sit" commands. It's work in progress obviously but I think he is getting it.

Thank you again for everything. The amazing customer service and the care for Shooter and all of your puppies.

I've attached a couple more pictures I've taken.

I wanted to give you an update on Reign, (formally Rachelle). When we brought her home, she explored, played and when it was time to use the bathroom she would go to the door. Reign is smart, funny, and energetic.  Reign is a wonderful addition to our family.  She has added happiness and joy into our lives.

Anyone who is looking for a new pup to add to their family, Shiba Inu is a breed I would suggest. Reign is a highly intelligent breed.  She listens and understands what we say.  She has been trained to sit, lay down and she will get the ball and bring it back.

Thank you Sugar Spring Puppies for the wonderful customer service you have provided. But most of all, thanks for introducing us to our
“little princess Lady Reign.”

When we adopted Gracie (now named Arya) we knew Jax would love to have someone to play with and we were absolutely right. Ever since we brought Arya home they are inseparable, they just instantly bonded. Jax has such a strong, fun personality and Arya is such a sweetheart. They bring so much love into our family. They are both our pride and joys and wouldn’t trade them for the world.

She's doing just fine. ... She's still very loving and playful and I've taken her out to meet my friends and she is just as good with them and she's met and played with other dogs well too.  Everyone is amazed at how social she is and how unafraid she is right now at this age and just accepting of things.  She does great riding in the Jeep. Loves to run around and she will be getting some agility training, just from chasing me!

Thank you again for all your help and bringing her to me!
